A class designed to provide a comprehensive and balanced workout. You’ll work your legs, glutes, core, back and arms and Leave feeling strong and energised.
A based class using the traditional pilates exercises and mixing in some stretches for the whole body focusing on areas of tension, hips shoulders and hamstrings.
An energetic reformer class using the jumpboard, almost like a mini trampoline, providing some great cardio work. You’ll leave feeling completely invigorated!
