If you are new to reformer a few Fundamental classes are recommended before joining a Power Pilates class
A more traditional Pilates class on the reformer, following Joseph Pilates exercises and sequences, great for all levels to improve strength, mobility, flexibility and core function.
Expect to feel great after this class mentally and physically.
An energetic reformer class using the jumpboard, almost like a mini trampoline, providing some great cardio work.
You’ll leave feeling completely invigorated!
